  • 3. Directions: 1) Clean both feet with warm water and let them dry. 2) Peel off the protective tape from the adhesive. 3) Stick the powder pack with words side on the center of the adhesive sheet and stick to your foot. 4) Peel off after about 6-8 hours and wipeoff the residue in the morning
